Chairman & Managing Director

Mr. P. V. Raju, founder of Thermal Systems, is the Chairman & Managing Director of the company

He is a dynamic first generation technocrat with a fiery vision and over 5 decades of rich experience in Oil & Energy industry. He uses his expertise to guide and mentor in Proposals Design & Detailed Engineering for the complex projects.

Mr. Raju brings a vast & diversified experience in Heavy Engineering & Manufacturing companies in Power segment. He is recognized internationally for his deep insight into design & engineering and being instrumental in developing solution for complex projects in Heat Transfer industry.

Under the able leadership of Mr. Raju, Thermal Systems won the Leading Exporter award (MSME category) in 2000 from the Honourable Shri Chandrababu Naidu, the then Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.

SRINIVASA RAO MARNI

Managing Director

Mr. Srinivasa Rao Marni has been Managing Director of Thermal Systems since 2010

He is responsible for shaping the strategy for overall growth of Thermal Systems. He facilitates the company’s domestic & international business, including development of new businesses. He carries the company’s legacy business forward, overseeing corporate functions like corporate affairs, administration, operations, investor relations and relevant organizational activities.

He has worked in the USA for 15 years before joining Thermal Systems. He brings with him rich experience in areas of technology, project management and business development.

Mr. Marni holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mysore, India). He completed his Executive MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
