Thermal Systems pioneered Waste-to-Energy in India, supplying the custom-built boiler for India’s first RDF project at Vijayawada. We offer waste-to-energy (WtE) boilers in air-cooled and water-cooled constructions for RDF, segregated waste and mass-incineration lines of 60–100+ TPD, with pneumatic spreader, tail-end boiler with horizontal convective bank, and cleaning devices proven on high-fouling waste fuels. Our designs address key challenges including ash fusion, slagging, furnace corrosion and acid dew-point corrosion.
