Mr. P. V. Raju, Founder, Chairman & Managing Director of Thermal Systems, is a dynamic first-generation technocrat with over five decades of rich experience in the Oil & Energy industry.
His extensive expertise covers heavy engineering, manufacturing, heat transfer, design, proposals, and detailed engineering for complex projects. Mr. Raju is internationally recognized for his deep insight into design and engineering and his ability to develop innovative solutions for challenging heat transfer projects.
Under his able leadership, Thermal Systems received the Leading Exporter Award (MSME Category) in 2000 from the then Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Shri N. Chandrababu Naidu.

Managing Director
Srinivasa Rao Marni
Mr. Srinivasa Rao Marni has been the Managing Director of Thermal Systems since 2010, responsible for shaping the company’s growth strategy and strengthening its domestic and international business.
He oversees key corporate functions and drives the development of new business opportunities.
With 15 years of professional experience in the USA, he brings extensive expertise in technology, project management, and business development. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Mysore and an Executive MBA from IIM Bangalore.
