WH Boiler is placed behind Reaction Furnance to cool gasses thereby generating saturated steam.
Sulphur Condensers are used down dtream of Clause bed to cool gasses for Sulphur Recovery and as well heat recovery.Sulphur Condensers can be designed and supplied as a stand alone equipment per each Clause bed or multiple equipment for several bed. |

Process Gas Boiler is Installed behind Steam Reformer to cool high pressure-high temperature process gases thereby generating high pressure saturated steam
We use GAPFREE WELDING for tube to tube sheet joints to aviod CREVICE CORROSION and to have COOLED WELD JOINT.
In addition we offer CONVECTIVE BANK to cool the flue gasses from the Reformer to preheat feedstock fuel gas, steam, combustion air, etc.

TSPL is an approved vendor with ENGINEERS INDIA LIMITED (EIL) for supply of Waste Heat Boilers for Sulphur Recovery Unit Block and Incinerators. TSPL is also an approved vendor with many process licensors and LSTK Contractors such as L&T Ltd, Punju lloyds Ltd, Technip, TOYO, LURGI and many others.
TSPL have installations in many refineries such as IOCL, HPCL, Reliance, ESSAR, CPCL etc working successfully for the last Ten (10) years.
