To meet present and future need of our Business growth, we require competent and experienced personnel with relevant experience ranging from 5 to 20 years to be placed in various positions such as GM's, DGM's AGM's Managers & Engineers etc in the Marketing, Detailed Engineering, Instrumentation and control, Projects Manganement, Quality Assurance, Welding Technolog, Site Management & Commissioning Departments. Candidates are required to possess relevant experience in the following areas with Engineering Degree/Diploma in relevant field.

PROPOSAL ENGINEERING

Basic concept of overall design and configuration of Industrail Boilers (whrb's, Travelling Grate, AFBC & HRSG), (more focus on Fire tube & water tube type WHRB's)
Thermal desing of Industrial Boilers (WHRB's, Travelling Grate, AFBC & HRSG), (more focus on Fire tube & water tube type WHRB's).
Circulation, Pressure drop and velocity calculations, as applicable on gas & steam side.
Knowledge in selection of material and construction.
Prepation of GA Drawings & P&ID's, suitable for detailed engineering
Understanding of technical and commercial conditions laid by Customers / Consultants.
Generation of accurate BOQ and P&ID's and cost estimation
Prepartion of competitive techno-commercial proposals and submission on due dates.
Attending pre and post techno-commerical meetings with customers / consultants along with sales staff.
Product & Business develpment support
Improvements of design, based on actual feed back from operating data from sites.
Good Presentation and communication skills, both written & oral
Knowledge of all state of the art software and skills for developing of new programmes.

DETAILED ENGINEERING

Preparation of layout and general arrangement drawings
Detailed Engineering of water tube fire tube boilers
Preparation of detailed manufacturing drawings and parts list for boiler pressure parts, structures drawings etc
Piping design, Engineering and stress analysis
Specification for Auxiliary equipment and standard package of boilers
Full acquaintance with codes like IBR, ASME, TEMA, PED, TRD etc
Hands on experience with latest software such as PV Elite, Caesar, Staad pro etc.
Familiar with consultants such as EIL, PDIL, TCE requirments and incorporating their requirments in detailed engineering drawings
Obtaining approval of drawings from consultants and clients
Resolving manufacturing & site complaints

INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROL

Conceptualize & formulate control philosophy
Safety inter locks
Prepare P&I diagrams
Instruments Shedukes, Logic diagrams, look schematics
Valves & hook-up material list and drawings
Knowledge of specifying standard packages such as BFW Pumps, CW Pumps, Burners, Fuel firing equipments
Knowledge of Commissioning and trouble shooting
Familiar with the requirments of consultants such as EIL, PDIL, TCE, TOYO, Aker Solutions etc

WELDING TECHNOLOGY

Acquaintance with Codes like IBR, ASME, PED, TRD, TEMA
Establishing WPS/PQR/WPQ under Third Party Inspection Agencies
Through study of drawings and preparation of Weid Maps and Consumables requirments
Monitoring of Weld quality in the shops on daily basis
Training of Welders for special positions and material

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Preparation of QA Plans
Acquaintance with Codes like IBR ASME, PED, TRD, TEMA
Quality Management Systems like ISO 9001:2008 and ASME Code Certification
Shop Inspection of Boler Components such as Steam Drum, Water Walls, Super heaters and Economizers etc
Liaison and Coordination with Third Party Inspection Agencies like Lloyds, BVIS and IBR etc
Knowledge and Qualifications in NDE's like Visual, PT,UT and MT etc

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

In-depth knowledge of contractual issues and their impilications
Preparation of detailed scope of supply and execution schedules based on the Contract
Effective communications (written and oral) and liaison with client/consultant
Resolving contractual issues with client / consultant by regular visits to clients located all over India
Cash Flow statements and collections of dues
Continuous monitoring and review of contracts with interdepartments
Understanding of P&ID's GA Drawings
Hand on experience in Computers, MS Projects / Primavera preaparation of various MIS documents

SITE MANAGEMENT

Preparation of erection sequences, estimation of manpower, tools and tackles and schedule for execution
Preparation of detailed bid documents, negotiations, finalization and liaison with contractors for timley execution
Liaison/Coordination with client /consultant/IBR/Third party Inspection Agencies
Knowledge of erection equipments, welding and related areas
Understanding of P&id's, GA Drawings
hands on experience in COmputers, MS Projects/Primavera preparation of various MIS documents
Managing site construction team during erection of Boilers

COMMISSIONING

Preparation of procedure for various activities such as hydro test, precommissioning checks, Chemical Boil out, Steam Blowing, conducting Guarantee test runs as per National and International Codes
Conducting full load Perormance Guarantee runs, establishing accptance criteria, handing over of plant/system to client
Trouble shooting and after sales services
Knowledge on commissioning of various standard packages like BFW Pumps, CW Pumps, Blowers, Fuel Firing equipments etc
Knowledge on Thermal Performance of the system
Understanding of P&ID's GA Drawings
Hands on experience in Computers, MS Projects/Primavera preparation of various MIS documents
Understanding of control schematics

Fresh Post Graduates/ Graduates/Diploma holders in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Welding Technology/Thermal Enginering with 70% and above marks will be considered as Management Trainees
